Meet our Herdsires
![]() |
My senior herdsire is Bauernheim's Sogno, ILR# 216951 and he's seen to the left when he was shown at the Celebrity Futurity and he came in sixth place out of a class of very nice young males. He always did well in the shows and his offspring usually inherit his presence. He also has a calm personality that he usually passes on also. I believe that Tess and Abbie are bred to Sogno for Spring 2009 crias.

Our new junior herdsire Ledgestone's Cool Hand Luke was named that because of his cool and calm personality. His sire, The Blitz, an appaloosa owned by Berry-Patch Llamas and Foggy Acres Llamas is a multiple showring winner. His dam, GLR Bridgette, owned by Danny Keller was sired by Peruvian Bardo, who's also produced many showring winners. We look forward to future crias by this guy! You can't tell in his photo, but Luke is also an appaloosa. Luke just turned 2 in April of 2007, so we'll wait until Spring of 2009 to begin his breeding career as we believe it's better for a stud to be both physically and mentally mature. |
